Rice is not permitted on Whole 30. Plus Whole 30 is not a weight loss plan. You can eat as much as you want. Quantities are not measured and some of the foods have a lot of calories.

Also, you mention several times that you do 35 minutes of exercise. What exactly are you doing for those 35 minutes? Can you honestly say that you’re sweating, working quite hard, and your heart rate is up? Because if none of those things are true, I don’t think you’re getting much out of the workouts.
