Paris is not normally a very warm place, but because of global warming they have been having more common heat waves, but they are very unpredictable. Had a friend go in August last year and the high each day was 75. But the heat waves can definitely push into the 90s.

Because of the scarcity of A/C you will pay a pretty penny for it. Personally I'd book a place that was on a lower level and look for reviews that specifically discuss heat and time of year. also message the owner and see about fans and such. And never book a place with less than 10 reviews.
