Depends on your activity level and if you lift weights regularly. Sounds like you don't.

Isn't Oikos triple zero full of fake sugars? I don't think fake sugar is necessarily as awful as some people say, but you might want to cut back.

That’s just the minimum protein requirement just to avoid loss of lean muscle mass. But research shows higher amounts are optimal. And for weight loss, almost double the RDA is optimal. And very active people need more as well.

Great Job! Keep it going!When you eat well and on a regular basis, you feel better. That's it. And when you eat well, you cover a lot of the vitamins and minerals you need and your body does not crave for that bag of chips or cookie or worse fried food and soda.

Two yogurt is a lot if you are a small person. I would add fruits to it because fruits are good for you. Yes, it has sugar&carbs. I would just add a couple spoons of oatmeal+fruits into the yogurt. That would be about the same amount of sugar and carbs as a yogurt.
