Kale, quinoa and spinach are yucky healthy foods.

Quinoa is disgusting. Anybody who says otherwise is very successfully lying to themselves

OP, why are you eating a banana if you think it is "yucky"?

I eat healthily, and I hate bananas. There are so many other healthy foods for you to consider. Why would you force yourself to eat something you don't like?

Today after my run I ate a sweet potato with homemade vinaigrette and sea salt on top. It was amazing.

I also like air-popped popcorn with olive oil and salt, or some salmon. An apple with a little peanut butter is also a good post-workout snack.

Cream cheese and Bacon are not healthy.

It's not that much cream cheese or bacon for one date or fig.

Someone mentioned dates are yucky. Not when they're wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cream cheese.

I despite dates every since I found a strand of black thick hair in one of mine.

I like spinach with some bacon bits and crumbled blue cheese for a salad. Spinach and artichoke and cheese dip.

Do you think these health foods are yucky because of how they are prepared or just no matter how they are prepared?

Brussel sprouts are yucky to me no matter how they're prepared.

Lima beans are the worst, no matter how they are prepared.

OH, great idea! The oil will help the disgusting fishy mess slide off my plate and into the trash better!
(I do love spinach and brussels sprouts)

I don't like bananas unless they're in something - breads, smoothies, etc.

Eat something else - an apple, orange, berries, etc.

I despise bananas but enjoy most fruits. I just don't eat bananas.
