on a normal day, I consume 3 apples, 3 bananas, 3 oranges, 25 grapes, 25 blueberries, 10 strawberries, 3 slices of pineapples, 1 avocado, 2 slices of cantaloupes. It takes time to consume all of them. I put them into a blender, add water and turn them into smoothies. take less than 5 minutes to consume them. I eat steam asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower as side dish for lunch and dinner with baked chicken or fish as main course.
Addiction to fruit and veggies is a good thing.

I dunno...I can put away bags of apples very easily. Same with grapes. Pineapple. You may not get fat on them but if you eat a lot of them (and it's easy!), you won't lose as much.
Like, you can eat 5 apples in one sitting? That's fairly unusual. But yes, if you constantly binge on fruit, you may have to adapt. My guess is there are very few people who actually binge on fruit.

I thought peas were starchy?
