My DH works out every day. He is more irritable if he skips a workout. I think the daily exercise acts as a natural antidepressant. Married many years, still happy.

Mid-life couple who just celebrated their 20th anniversary. One thing that keeps us happy is developing new and separate interests. I went back to school to begin preparing for a second career.

DH found a new hobby (fly fishing). Those keep us busy. We don't sit around on the couch staring at each other. We go out, we do our thing separately, then we come back and have lots of interesting stuff to talk about.
