Different Poster/Double Penatration. Depends on the context.
I think I was the first to use DP.
In the beginning I said: -DP (Different Poster)
I now sometimes say:
-SP (same poster) if I'm adding on to a previous comment. God forbid anyone should think I would be a sock puppet.

I use DP if I've already posted in that thread, but am not the poster that the person I'm responding to is addressing. So I'm a different poster, but not a new one.

Someone told me that and I took their word for it I guess. It would be appalling the way some people would reference their deceased children, so casually like it’s nothing. I figured parents with deceased children probably want a place to talk and Internet forums must be a nice way to connect. It wasn’t until a friend added me to a Facebook Mom group, they had all of the abbreviations explained.
I thought this way for YEARS
