Nope. The name "paleo diet" does not correlate to paleolithic diets, despite its name. Thus, complete misnomer. It's just another modern fad.


I don’t care if they call it “The Diet That Makes Everyone Angry,” it has dramatically reduced the symptoms of my autoimmune disease. I am so much better.
