There is a low sodium V8 for what it’s worth.

I'm a big fan of V8 as an exercise recovery drink after strenuous cardio activity. I run 5-7 miles every couple of days, and sweat a lot. Especially in hot weather, my electrolytes get really depleted and I can have foot cramps, among other things. I drink a small amount of V8 for the potassium, magnesium and sodium and it really helps. I do that, followed by a protein shake for muscle recovery and I feel great.

V8, along with most juice, isn't really good for you. the nutrients are not bioavailable like they would be in actual vegetable.

The Target brand (maybe not their brand, but they come in a teal box) are better than LaCroix IMO. Especially the Watermelon!
