"Grandma" here. Sounds like your fat ass can't just haul it down into the basement and get busy. The long and short of it, is whether you use "beachbod" or grab some mags and YouTube it, all it boils down to is - get your fat ass moving and doing something. Now if you want to pay $150 for someone else to tell you that on a daily basis, then go for it. I'll keep my $150, and rent a room with my hot young date that can't get enough of these tight buns...
