Yes, thank you! Who do you see strength training and using the free weights at the gym? Deadlifting and squatting? Men. Who are the ones running like hamsters on the treadmills for an hour? Women. Women do themselves a disservice by sabotaging their own weight loss goals by starving and dieting instead of stepping up to train smart.
