What would you suggest? I'm open to anything.
DP. Don't bother with exercise until you have dropped at least 25 lbs. The only thing that will happen is you will become frustrated by the lack of progress.
The best way to drop the weight is a low carb diet - reduced refined sugars and processed foods as much as possible.
Really? How is exercise ever a bad idea? It’s good for your cardiovascular health and an instant mood lifter.
For women over 40, cardio and exercise increase hunger. In my experience, you have to wait until you are closer to goal weight (eg, less belly and body fat) before you begin to tone - and then, with weights only. Walk and stretch for daily exercise.
