I always lose a considerable weight in Europe/overseas regardless of how much I eat and drink. It's the quality of the food.
Human digestive system was not meant for GMO food. Some people have no problem with it, while others have severe problems leading to all kinds of diseases and obesity.
For me, the only way I can maintain a reasonably healthy weight (20 lbs overweight) in the USA (been here over a decade) is to eat meal replacements and steamed non-starchy vegetables.

Otherwise, I will put on a pound a day consistently.

You can get non GMO food in the US too. Grass fed, no hormone/antibiotic meats, organic fruits and veggies, make your own bread and pasta. We try to eat like this. I don't find a difference in weight so much as in satisfaction.

But, I find it hard to believe that you would gain more than 350 lbs in a year by eating GMO food. If so, you should really be studied by science, we might learn something.

I’m 38 weeks pregnant. My new year’s plan is to have a baby and breastfeed until I’m down 25-30lbs

I want to try bodybuilding for a year, maybe two, to see how much I can transform my body.

I am probably the only person on earth that has gone on vacation in Europe and lost weight because we were only having an occasional glass of wine; we were also walking a lot. Lack of stress helped too. Finding your calorie intake problem is easy; cutting it out and adding in exercise is the real challenge. Good luck to all those out there!

You’re not the only one. I lost weight in Italy of all places, eating tons of carbs and drinking wine every day. However we were on our feet, walking constantly, and eating only two meals a day. Some of it may have been muscle loss as well though.
