Know this… Over the course of your lives, you both will gain weight, and lose weight. You will most likely get pregnant and your body will change during the pregnancy and afterwards. You might get back into the same shape you were before, but you may also not. Both of you will grow older, and your body will change. Often times, not for the better. You might suffer from illness that will change the way you look, smell and even behave. He might also go through illness. If you intend on being together, and happy, over the course of a prolonged relationship (think decades… not years) than you should really take all of this into account. If you're not ready to accept that he (and you) will change physically – cut him loose. He'll never be able to remain as young and handsome as when you first met. Neither will you, but that's an issue you'll have to solve for yourself.
