Anonymous wrote:Been there, done that. It’s smartphone addiction. It took years for me to get my husband to recognize his problem. He’s much better but still needs reminders. He also started going to therapy (for other issues, but it helped with phone addiction too).
People blaming you are just ridiculous. Smartphones are proven to be addictive. It’s like saying your husband prefers cocaine and gambling to you because you are boring.
