Cover carpets in Mule Team Borax, let sit overnight, vacuume.
Vacuume everyday. Either put a flea collar in the vacuume bag or get rid of the bag.

Bathe dog in Dawn dish soap.

Repeat Borax in two weeks. It dries out the eggs. I sweep it into my hardwoods, let sit overnight, then vacuume up.
Wash all dog bedding, spray curtains and furniture with a flea killer.

Capstar pill, as well.

If you have carpets you will need to have them steam cleaned. If they are removable have it done on the driveway, both sides. If not, be sure they do a good job. It will also make your carpets look new. Don't do it yourself. Hire a truck mounted unit. Almost anyone is cheaper than Stanley Steemer.

Once we did this our dog never had fleas again and the next dog after that never had fleas - and we never used flea treatment for either. Ever - that’s a combined 36 years of no flea treatment and no fleas.
Reason being the flea treatment was giving our dog seizures so we stopped and changed things up.

Start feeding your dog a high quality wet food. Also have her thyroid and general health fully checked.

Underscoring this. If you keep the bag in the house, the fleas can just jump back out -- even if you put a flea collar in it, not all of them may be killed.

I gave capstar to dog & still saw fleas

We bought the bombing for the house


What is the best process to take to wash bedding?
And when to clean the house ... before & after?

You have to vacuum every day. Eggs hatch and keep the cycle going.
The vets alao sell Knockout which will kill eggs.
Good luck. I think I vacuumed two weeks daily on top of washing everything in hot water.

Your vet can give the dog Comfortis, a one-time pill that eliminates fleas. You will still need to bomb and vacuum though.
