It draws the same type of kid from catholic school s in Nj, Main line Philly, Long Island and Boston suburbs. I don't consider them rich, but upper middle class.

Definitely rich - you have a really skewed view of income/wealth distribution nationally if you don’t believe so

Yes, I probably do, but these are the people who I associate with and come into contact with in daily life. So it seems normal to me. I do not consider either myself or the majority of my friends with net worth of under $10m rich. The ones with $50-$200, yes.

A solid school surrounded by substantially better schools in the Philly area.

DC current student. Very happy. Reports tons of smart kids there. Involved in service and sports. Has had interviews for most on-campus leadership positions. Gets the sense that all of the interviewing stems from the strong business school environment. Liked the housing situation first year- all freshman in same quad..easier to meet classmates. Shuttle takes students to neighboring towns. Parent view: kids are working hard, having fun, happy to be at Villanova. Presidential Scholarship--free ride--for top student.
