I work from home and am not a runner (is that how people get so many steps?)
I haven’t been wearing my Fitbit since I got my new job, but it is definitely over 10k.
I have a dog that I walk roughly for an hour and half to two hours each day. I live in the city so I also walk to the bus/metro. I am terrible at bringing lunch, so I also walk to get lunch most days. I also go to the gym 3 to 4/5 days a week. On the weekends, unless I am crunched for time or terrible weather - I try to walk most places within a two mile walk.
