Hi, 10:40, this is the real OP. Did you retest? I'm very sure my test would have shown Low Fetal Fraction at 11 weeks. It looks like 3-4% fetal fraction and up renders an accurate screening. I discovered several things: Being overweight, having an autoimmune disorder, and recently exercising can all cause low fetal fraction. The good news is, having too high of fetal fraction seems to be linked to worse things, such as pre eclampsia.
I, myself, have Hashitmotos. Perhaps that accounts of my low fetal fraction.
My regular OB did not offer this screening in the first trimester. I'm a little confused by that. I have a history of trisomy miscarriage and IUGR.

It’s really starting to get annoying how anyone is anxious about anything, people assume it’s one person
Is it annoying because you are them? The timing f9or how far along she was is similar to OP and to be fair to PP, that poster was ridiculous.
Yeah the over-obsession with diagnostic tests seemed similar to me. Sorry, OP. I'm sure as long as the sample is within the labs tolerance then your baby is fine.
The NIPT is a screen test, not a diagnostic one. Maybe being a little more obsesssed would be good for you since you don’t even know what you’re talking about.
Wow. You are psycho. I will pray for you to work through your anger issues and for your children.
Um, okay? That post wasn’t angry. Maybe spend more time on yourself and less policing anonymous posters?
Awww. It is you, AFP lady. Bless your heart.
My only concern was if having such a low fetal fraction has a detrimental affect in the second trimester. I can't find any info on that, and my high risk doctor did not show any concern. I guess ignorance is bliss is some situations.
