My DH was not able to attend. I had no idea he had done it and he had asked her to keep him anonymous. He had heard about the child's illness from my son-in-law and simply decided to help. He wanted no credit.....even from me. He's always been incredibly generous and this was a wonderful reminder why he is so dear.
That's amazing and incredibly generous but isn't that a lot to contribute without mentioning it to you? Did that bother you?
