Anonymous wrote:I make only 60k a year and had 2 rounds of phone interviews, then an interview with the hiring manager and unit staff, then another interview with even more peers. Then finally a ppt presentation and grilling by senior leadership. Then they let me stew for 2 weeks, then asked me to provide 2 references for external partners I'd worked with. Then I finally got an offer. Whole process took 6 months.
