That's the problem. There is no "this" to be going anywhere. For his own reasons he hasn't asked her for a second date so "this" never even got started. But he still wants to text? She needs to value herself and her time better than to be available to answer those texts, as if she's just waiting for him to decide she is the best choice some day.
