I think being a bi guy is the hardest sexuality to be -- you get the hate from all sides.

Yeah. Easy for you to say.

OP, why don't you try it out and report back with the results after five years, if it lasts that long?

Let me tell you this, as a bi woman who has known many a bi man: Not one could make it to the five-year mark without seeking out sex with a man. And many of them are good at hiding their liaisons too. Are you going to tell your significant other not to go on work trips or to the gym or to forsake his longtime "friends"? But I know, I know, your man is different. I don't feel sorry for a single one of these women who knowingly got into relationships with bi men. You want to play politics with your love life and health? Have at it.

She doesn't have a very important part that he may be unable to go without longterm....

Amazon.com... you can buy just about anything there. She just needs to be willing to fulfill that need or want.

Anonymous wrote:I'm dating a guy, 3 months in and he shared that he is bi sexual, but monogamous when in a relationship and currently devoted to our relationship fully. We've both been tested, shared results before we ever had sex.

Everyone I have talked to says this is a disaster waiting to happen.

Why?

Can't a bi sexual guy settle down and be in a monogamous relationship, get married, have kids?

Been married to a bi guy for 17 yrs. No problems.

You're comparing claiming to be bi-sexual to a person's race? You are the fool.

Well it's something that we were born with and can't change...soooooo....hows it different?

And to your question OP, the answer is simple: BiPhobia

How about this: It's not something you're born with and can't change. A confused mind that developed over time, perhaps, but it's not inbred like skin color.

Spoken like a heterosexual, white person.

For me, it would be an issue with HIV/AIDS. Not as big an issue in the gay and bi community as it used to be, but I’d still worry.

I wouldn’t want to worry about my S.O being attracted to more than one gender. Like, come on. A straight guy could leave you for a woman, but a bisexual man could leave you for either or.

Also, is he always going to be fulfilled with just a woman?

I am female and definitely experimented in my college days but wouldn’t go so far to define myself as bisexual. In those days, I would have been much more likely to cheat because I was curious.

But if a man has identified he is attracted romantically and physically to both men and women? I could never feel comfortable with it.
