I’ll ask at my next visit and update. My stylist called it a protein treatment - said it was better/different than keratin. My hair looks amazing, so I don’t feel ripped off.

Then you got ripped off. What was it? Not all Keratin or blow outs have you leave it on for days. Some they wash out right away.
