I'm very sorry, OP. I love my cats and consider them part of the family.
I do think, though, that if you cannot afford all available testing and treatment, it is selfish not to euthanize. Either provide the best medical care available or allow your kitty to die peacefully (preferably at home: please find a vet that will come to your house so your kitty can have a peaceful end in the comfort and security of her home).

OP here. Thanks so much, everyone. My sweet kitty passed away in my arms this morning. I had tried to get her in earlier to the vet, but she didn't even make it for that appointment. I'm really sad and have bawled my eyes out all day. But I'm glad she died in my arms. I felt like she was "waiting" to be with me. I'm also sad that I didn't see this coming sooner, I wish I had seen the signs.
