I completely agree with you here. I was a bit taken aback to see the comment about "minority women" being lazy and unwilling to do their jobs. Please let's try to refrain from general inaccuracies/stereotypes here. Bureaucracy and resistance to change, which is what is happening in the HR world today, make for a toxic and unproductive environment for HR people. Leaving behind many disgruntled employees in its wake. HR department is well worth it, when focused on development and nurturing people & their talents. Like I said, the HR world is in the midst of a transformation and trying to figure out how it can better serve the organization's mission
and the people, its greatest asset.
