All of my kids' Lifetouch pictures are hilariously bad. I love them, especially the cheesy backgrounds they used to use for spring pictures. I have a picture of my then 10 year old son smirking in what looks like a sketchy, graffiti-covered alley. In another one, he looks like a small woodland creature in a lush forest. They're priceless.

Why, why?

At our school Lifetouch provides a financial kickback to the school, ID cards for all, yearbook layout support and access to photos, candid photo sessions throughout the year for yearbook or special events, and integration with the school database to upload photos to emergcy files and permanent records.

PTA moms don't do all that. And when they do come take pictures at school they only take pictures of their own kids and their friends.
