Is this still current info? I live nearby and it doesn't look like they've started any work on the building. I would love to be able to send my kids there in the next year or two!

It's not the neighborhood, it's two jerks who don't even live in those houses, they're rentals, and the whole thing is a cash grab. Don't lump the rest of us in with them.
