Simple.
People here want to try all these crazy methods. Fasting. Keto. Low carb low fat And you probably are having success on these diets but it's because you're taking in fewer calories overall. Not because you found the magic time of day and the magic combination of macros to eat
You just found a system that works for you

Every body (gut flora, how it reacts to xyz) is different, and carbs are different than protein and fat.
Of course, you do need to have more calories being burned than consumed, I won't dispute that. But you will do better if you eat more fat and protein and less simple carbs and grains.
Exercise will undoubtedly make you feel better and tone you up. But it doesn't usually help you lose weight.
You are missing it. Nobody is saying it's EASY.
But it is completely SIMPLE.
Accurately count your calories IN and OUT.
If OUT is bigger than IN you will lose weight, scientifically guaranteed.
That's it! Simple.

You know it is not this simple, right?
It's exactly this simple. Simple =/= easy, but it's exactly this simple, especially for men.
+1
Basic laws of thermodynamics DO apply, to both men AND women: CaloriesOut - CaloriesIn = Loss (or Gain)
Not easy, but VERY simple.
