It appears so. Are many of those clients very, very angry, and hate women? Yes. Are they to be feared? No. They don't seem like very good lawyers.

It may be good marketing and it may make women think that “ooh-they are to be feared.” But none of that matters if the attorneys aren’t very good. Look at the specific attorneys in the firm and not the website as a whole. The attorneys do not have a respected presence in No.Va.

There are also firms that represent women. Do they inherently hate men?
I don’t know if the law firm itself hates women, but many of their clients sure do and they host a forum that is a “safe space” for misogynists to give free legal advice to each other. It just reminds me of a bar in my college town where the owner swore she had nothing against black people, but her clientele was largely violent white supremacists.
Someone believing men often get the short end of the stick in divorce proceedings doesn't make them misogynistic, nor does someone being a bit angry and bitter while going through a divorce. Lots of women feel the exact same way.
It sounds like lots of women on this forum are simply upset that the firm is willing to fight hard for men in divorce proceedings, something plenty other firms do for women and for that matter men.
If you haven’t read their forums over a long period of time, you have no idea what you are talking about. It’s more than a bit angry and bitter. There are posters on there who are on divorce number two or three who are promoting 1950s ideals of gender roles and arguing that divorced moms should lose custody for dating. Lots of toxic attitudes about women. No one ever seems to get banned.

I used them long time ago when they were doing employment law. They were terrible. I ended up spending thousands of dollars for them to tell me that no one was answering them. I basically paid them for our phone conversations, by the minute, which did not result in anything.Anonymous wrote:Has anyone delt with this law firm in their divorce case? What's their reputation? They advertise as the "father's firm".
