I wouldn't be worried about her leaving necessarily. I would be disappointed that child had to adjust to yet another teacher in such a short amount of time. But sometimes things like that happen.
I agree with all of this. Between my two kids, we've been at 3 highly respected traditional preschools and occasionally, the teachers leave, even the ones who've been there forever. It's preschool -- the teachers do it because they love the job, not for the money. And if they can't do it anymore, for whatever reason, they leave.
