It's easy to overlook a text. For the sake of your own mental health, just assume she overlooked it and text her again rather than assume the worst and be angry and hurt. She's far away, and you can't really know what's going on in her life.

so why are you even texting her about this? That sort of text requires a lengthy response. Find someone who can use the phone or take to the internet to get more detailed responses.

I'm middle aged, and I don't use texts for conversation. Email or phone only. I also have a FT job, so if you text me in the middle of the day about something that's not time sensitive, I may see the text but I almost surely won't respond. And then I may forget about it entirely when I race home to help 2 kids w/homework and get dinner ready and finish up stuff for my day job. That's life.

Get over it and pick up the phone or send an email so your friend can respond on her own time. If you want her to do you a favor and give input, make it convenient for her.
She doesn't do email or phone. She also doesn't work.
