I don't think she herself purposely passed for white at all. I believe her when she says she is proud of being biracial.

This clearly would have to be approved by at the least Harry's people (but prob also QEII). Probably part of the roll out to announce an engagement. I'm very curious if Kate and Willy purposely jumped the gun to announce their baby ahead of this especially since Harry weirdly said he hadn't spoken to Kate in awhile.

Good point. Kate still trips over her words when she gives speeches. Meghan seems much more assured and confident even though she's not even officially engaged yet.
