Mantua gets a premium over other neighborhoods in the zip code, primarily because of the elementary school. The house may still be a bit overpriced, but it will go for significantly more than $700k.
No, elementary school does not make a 50-100k difference in price tag

It is really close to the houses still owned by Texaco after the oil spill back in 1999(?). It is basically one house over from backing up to a Texaco-owned property on Tovito.
