Yeah tell me about it. The question is do I even confront her, or just go to a lawyer and get papers written up, and serve them to her.

The baby makes this very tricky. Assuming you are/were excited about the baby, I'm so sorry OP. You need to tell her that you know about the affair and ask her to leave. Insist that a paternity test be conducted in utero and tell her that until you know that the baby is yours you don't want to speak with her.

get out before the kid is born in case it is not yours. You do not want to be stuck paying child support for someon else child. What if its the AP and she marries him and you are paying child support for their child!

Ya know the sad thing? I always thought I had a good marriage. I always thought these stories happen, but it would never happen to me. Oh how wrong I was.

This is why people on Maury would jump up and down when the test told them they weren't the father. It must be so freeing to narrowly avoid a lifelong attachment to someone despicable.

Hugs, OP. This really really sucks.

More than that to do what? File for divorce? Uh, anyone can file for divorce for whatever reason.

Kick her out of the house immediately and file for separation.

You might reconcile but you need to protect your interests.

That's so messed up.
