These are the five that I do each week but I mix them up a little bit so it isn't always the same thing on a Tuesday, for example.
None of those sound fast lol!
Op I'd get some kind bars and yogurt tubes. Kind bars are really good and they are filling and easy to eat quickly. Same with yogurt tubes and string cheese. I also like the pp who suggested a tortilla with shredded cheese (skip the beans!).
See, I think we all have different perceptions of "fast". If I can get it from fridge to table in 5 minutes then I think that is fast. And for each of the breakfasts listed I can do just that, with no prior prep, and have time to make coffee for myself!
Well op wanted fast breakfast for kids and also mentioned that sometimes they'd eat in the car. I don't think your breakfast examples would work since most of them require use of the stove, multiple dishes (which would need washed or be left in the sink all day yuck!) and more than one item to be eaten. A quick breakfast is something like an uncrustable, or a bagel, or toaster waffles etc.
Your breakfast suggestions sound nice, but those would take my child a long time to eat and would require a sit down at the table meal. Op specifically said there was no time for that.
