He graduated college and got a great job off bat in 1982. He has always worked for a company with a 401k and nearly whole career he had 100 percent match on first five percent.
He has done the max every year since 1982 and been 100 percent equities. 35 years max contribution. In financial crisis his 401k could move six figures up and down.
Given 401ks only started late 70s and he managed to do max 35 years in a row all equites his 401k is massive.
