Exactly why I refuse to use air BNB. Creepos like you.

If you have nanny-cams, usually the nannies are aware. Like a pp said, depends on what state you're in - many require a two-party consent to be recorded. Do your airbnb guest know that they're being recorded? what state are you in, OP? Honestly, you're sounding more and more crazy as the post goes on.

No, I wish I had made up that story, but it's true. But that's probably why I instantly jumped to the conclusion she stole my charger instead of giving her the benefit of the doubt.

So what. It's my home. It's also illegal to steal things.

You don't have the right to do whatever you want in your home.

So, you illegally record your guests (and possibly your family) you think family steals from you and mock your SIL possible drug addiction, you are a sad, nasty person OP.

It depends on the state. It is sometimes illegal to record without making people aware in a private place where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. In MD, you need 2 party consent.

You'll definitely have a lawsuit on your hands if an Airbnb guest finds out you are ILLEGALLY recording them, crazy lady.

"stole" -- really?

I have a big family, and after vacation, I'm pretty sure no one goes home with the cords they brought.

But the pain killers is a problem you do need to focus on. She needs help, so work on that.
