Really? That would be very different. This is what I see when I go on each school. Could you show where it says the similar schools are based off which schools are also looked into?

NP here - the page you posted just says similar schools. Not clear what that is actually based on.

OP, I have a LinkedIn Premium account, I don't think the site shows the other six schools with similar outcomes. What it does show is the people who visited the alumni profile page say for Vanderbilt also viewed the profiles for the other six schools listed. UPenn is the most pre-professional Ivy and the most similar culturally to the Southern elites, so it makes sense to me.
