Subject: Does your mcps MS have a promotion ceremony for 8th graders?
North Bethesda MS has a low-key Fri night dance (DJ, photo booth, no fee for admission), and an award ceremony (1, maybe 1.5 hours - not all parents attend), no promotion ceremony.
