Would I be able to eat many things at an Ethiopian restaurant? What should I order/stay away from?
Thank you to anybody that can help. I've always wanted to try Ethiopian.
Call ahead and ask for all teff injera. Tell them no wheat. Bete is pretty good. Also, I would get the veggie combo, which is usually all vegan and no wheat etc. I can tell when I have regular injera because I have massive massive diarrhea. But also the texture is different. It will break into pieces easily especially when it cools. Make sure to specify you want all teff injera as the plate and on the side. It will be like 4 dollars extra.
