I just checked with her, and she brings home about $1200 every two weeks. She does not qualify for most income based programs. And like I said, since this isn't the first time, she's exhausted other options. I believe her church helped her once before, and she owes someone else money for helping her with these exact utility bills several years ago.

Sadly, it is not the first time. I believe that is why they are saying they will only accept payment in full. She has exhausted all of her options.
