Even if a birdbath is just providing a source of water for birds, and the birds aren't using it as a bathtub, it's a positive for wildlife and worth doing.

My aunt got this for Mother's Day and loves it! I checked out something similar at a local bird store and the one thing to remember is that your bath has to be deep enough to cover the base with water.
