Put the kids to bed between 7:30 and 8:00 - bath, pjs, story, bed. And you go to bed by 9pm.

I doubt that your kids are always sleeping through the night and always getting up right at 6am. You probably have more of a deficit than you realize.

You might be slightly depressed. Zoloft helps not only my mood and outlook but also my energy levels.

Totally agree. I can't imagine going to sleep earlier than 10-11 on a regular basis and 7-8 hours a sleep shouldn't have you that exhausted. Definitely get a physical.

Depends on the person. I do better with 8-9.

But a good night's sleep at a hotel with massage sounds awfully smart.

Any chance you are depressed? Experiencing brain fog? That could be atvplaybhere too.

Since your husband + the kids seem too noisy when you get a chance to sleep in, the best thing is for you to go to a hotel and get a good night's rest.

While there also get a massage too.

Being a Mother is the toughest job on the planet.
Bar none.

Getting a break every now & then is needed in order for you to be at your best.

Thyroid check too. I became hypo after my first pregnancy.

You might have sleep apnea.

You may not truly be sleeping/resting and that's why you're so tired.

Get your iron checked too.

Well, I have Lyme disease, so I always think Lyme disease when I hear somebody being so, so tired. Other than that, go to bed earlier.

Holy shit I did too. Well, I was hoping to be hit by a car and injured but not too seriously, but I would be hospitalized. At the time, it seemed like the only way I could be "excused" to sleep. Good times.

Someone needs to get both kids out of the house for a few hours and you sleep.
You and your spouse need to split the management and execution of running your household.

Go to bed at 9. I think that when you have little kids you just don't sleep as deeply because you expect to hear someone crying.

Go to bed earlier.

This is so obvious there must be a reason you're not doing it?

You are going to bed way too late. Go to bed earlier.
