Not true, we had a bad realtor who would not show us houses so we went to them.

If you've had four open houses, my guess is that there isn't actually much for them to tell you. We got a call immediately after our open house saying "we're expecting four offers tomorrow.".

We just had our First open house today and was thinking the same thing. How about “hey I had a few visitors I’ll follow up with them and let you know what they say” JUST say anything to us other than “what day are you available to look at new houses” ? 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️.

We used Redfin and we got a full report of the number of people through, comments made, etc. We got two over asking offers the next day.

But yeah if you've had four of them and no bites, then your price is too high.

??? We are talking about how the listing agent responds to the seller after an open house.

I was countering 1331 who said they follow-up with buyers. Maybe that particular agent does, but I was saying this has generally not been my experience as a buyer who has attended 10+ open houses recently.

Then I was further agreeing with 1339 re pricing.
