Nothing new than what's been previously discussed here.
Of course not, however if people are curious beyond that description the TMZ article has explicit details. There are also details given in the article that have not been discussed here, like the fact that what is being reported is Demario's side of the story and that other's disagree with his account.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:No the poster who you are quoting but actually there are some very detailed things in the TMZ story that have not been discussed here.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:tmz has the story

OP referred to them hooking up and it being porn?? Didn't realize people needed specific details of the act to understand OP.

It probably doesn't look too good for BIP to be promoting the "drink until you don't remember who you hooked up with" or "get a girl drunk and then do things to her when she can't consent" culture. (if that's what happened).

If a producer filed some sort of professional complaint or a police report claiming someone was sexually assaulted (under the assumption that if you're drunk, you can't give consent), I imagine WB would take it really seriously so they could have "we take non-consent claims seriously" if it were to blow up into more.
Totally just a guess.
That seems the most likely
Why would that lead to the producer suing the show? They've only been filming a week. Pretty fast for something to happen and a suit to be filed.
I've seen some things that said filed a lawsuit but then a correction that said "filed a complaint." A complaint could be a police report, a complaint with a professional guild, etc.
Producer could have many motivations for filing a complaint - protecting him/herself against suits when the contestants saw the footage, internal troublemaker who wants to do an expose on the show and got through screening, moral stance on non-consent/drinking, etc.
Complaint makes sense, the lawsuit didn't. Hopefully they resolve it quickly and can still finish the season!
