Uh, I'm guessing school.

I'm posting again just in case your son has ADHD or a sleeping disorder or something like that. My son has ADHD and it perturbs his sleep, which means he has a hard time getting up in the morning. We finally got him a Phillips sun clock at the beginning of the school year, and it was like magic! Instead of me yelling in his ear and dragging him out of bed (literally, he would wake up when his body hit the hardwood floor), his body adjusts to the light which starts to shine 20-30 minutes before the alarm, and he's already nearly awake by the time it rings, so he gets up instantly.
