There are many reputable schools that offer online courses. Just because they are out of state doesn't mean that they are more expensive. Tuition is much cheaper in some states vs others.

My husband went to a far crappier school than both of those and has no issues getting jobs. Not everyone has the option of fancy colleges.
Not sure what would qualify as "far crappier". I've hired many folks from non-fancy colleges, but I've really been astounded by how bad the UDC and UMUC folks have been.
