But why does this even bother you? Not slowing you down, not impacting your workout. Who cares?
I mean, unless they are hogging the mirror putting on lipstick why do you think they should wash their face before exercising. I'm coming from work, going to the grocery store after, and stopping by inlawas on the way home, why should I remove makeup to only put back on later?
I'm just embarrassed for you because you look like a tool.

Really, this sounds like insecurity on your part. I don't wear makeup at the gym, but if you're really spending that devoting that much mental space to something that doesn't affect your workout at all, it sounds like you're stressing out at the gym instead of enjoying the endorphins exercise provides.

Anonymous wrote:These doesn't annoy me, I just find it intriguing, regulars that wear non-gym clothes. I'm talking jeans, dockers with belts, polo shirts, medical scrubs, guys in their 30-early 50s. Every time, so not a one off that they forgot to bring a change of clothes. very odd, seems shorts would be more comfortable. Of course I'm not counting Otis, he is 84 years-old and wears a short-sleeve button up with pens in his pocket on the treadmill, I love Otis!!

On the machines? Not on the barbells? Why???

I squat my own bodyweight and I wear makeup to the gym. I go straight from work and I could remove it, I just don't. Sometimes I end up with black smudges under my eyes from sweat, but I really don't care.
Ew. So bad for your skin.
