No, they're not.
White girls are sometimes "associate" members (mostly as traffic victims/sexual outlets for male members) but white males are NOT permitted in any Latin gang, period.
Latin gangs are tied to racial identity and racial "purity" (as pure as a Mestizo bloodline can be, anyway, given its s mix of at least a dozen distinct pre-Columbian cultures) and there is no tolerance for Anglo men whatsoever. Most Cubans, "European" Mexicans, Columbians, Argentinians, Chileans and other "white" Latinos aren't Mestizo enough for gang membership either.
might want to get out of the bubble you live in and see how things really are. there are plenty of gangs for white girls and boys and they are just as bad as the latino ones.
Seeing as how I arrest gang members, I think my little bubble keeps me plenty informed.
